Can I remove the valve core?

The valve core can be removed from all AERON/TPU tubes with aluminum valve stem. These are all tubes that have an "AL" in the name, such as for example SuperLite Race AL or ExtraLite Protect AL.

Can valve extenders be used with AERON/TPU airtubes?

For the AERON/TPU tubes with polymer valve stems, only those that have their own valve core or those that activate the valve core of the tube, such as the Topeak Presta Valve Extender.

For tubes with aluminum valve stems, valve extenders can also be used, into which the valve core of the tube must be screwed, such as the Topeak Valve Extender.
